Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Beef soup bones with meat
- 1/2 cup String beans, diced
- 2 Medium Carrots, sliced in strips
- 3/4 cup Tomatoes or tomato juice
- 1 Medium potato, diced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Dill to taste
- 3 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 3 Medium beets, sliced in strips
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup Celery, sliced thinly
- 10-12 cup Cold water
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
-Cover meat with water and add salt. Bring to a boil, then skim. Cover and simmer 1 1/2hour. Add veggies and cook until tender. Add cream just before serving.
