Ingredients
- 1 cup - All Bran
- 3/4 cup - milk
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup - soften butter
- 1 cup - flour
- 2 1/2 tsp - baking powder
- 1/2 tsp - salt
- 1/4 cup - sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix All-Bran and milk - let soak until milk is absorbed. Add egg and butter then mix well. Mix remaining ingredients and add to the All-Bran mixture. Mix well.
Scoop into greased muffin tin, fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
