Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-3/4 cup non-dairy creamer
- 5 cups boiling chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- dash garlic powder
- pinch thyme
- 4 medium potatoes - cooked and diced.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bacon and onion. Cook over low heat until onion is tender and bacon is crispy.
Take pan from heat and blend in flour.
Return to low heat and stir until mixture cooks for 1 minute.
Stir in creamor and chicken broth. Whisk to blend.
Increase heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Blend in seasonings - using garlic and thyme to taste.
Add cooked potatoes and heat through.
