Broccoli salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh broccoli
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 6 oz pkg dried mixed fruit
- 1 2.25 oz pkg slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 4 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Cut florets from broccoli, reserving stalks. Chop florets, dice stalks.
Whisk together mayo and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add florets, stalks, dried fruit, almonds, and onions, tossing to coat.
Serve immediately or chill up to 6 hours
Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
