BREAD - Stuffiing

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh white bread cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peper
  • 1/4 cup butter/margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 - 2 eggs
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup turkey neck broth

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine brea cubes, parsley, poultry seasoning, sage, salt and pepper. Toss to mix well. In hot butter in medium skillet saute celery and onions until golden - 7 to 10 minutes. Add eggs to bread mixture and turkey broth, toss lightly until well mixed and moist.
