SPICY FRUIT SMOOTHIE

A fat burning smoothie by Daphne Oz from The Chew.

Daphne knows the importance of eating a good breakfast, but if you don't have time to sit down this smoothie will do the trick.

Ingredients

  • 3 (8-oz) containers plain Greek strained yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 (12-oz) bag frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoons cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender combine all ingredients. Pour and taste.

Notes: you can use any fruit you want especially if they are very ripe and about to go bad.

Also Daphne suggested using molasses if you prefer the taste to honey.
