PORK Saucy oven pork chops

Ingredients

• 6 Pork chops
• 15 oz Tomato sauce, canned
• 1/8 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1/3 cup Celery, diced

Step 1

-Coat a shallow pan with cooking oil and preheat broiler at 350F. mix all other ingredients in a bowl. place chops in pan and top with sauce and cook for 35-45 mins until chops are cooked.
