Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set a rack in the pan to allow hot air to circulate for even cooking (use 2 sheet pans for 1 lb of bacon). Arrange strips on the rack and roast, rotating pan once halfway through cooking, until browned and crispy (15 minutes).
