Ingredients

  • CAKE:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • ICING:
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • half and half
  • OTHER:
  • 1 can of Planters Redskin Spanish Peanuts

Step 1

CAKE:
Mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Add other ingredients. Put in greased 9 x 13 baking pain. Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into squares. Do not ice squares until next day.

ICING:
Blend together icing ingredients. Add enough half and half to make creamy. Ice bars on all sides. Grind Planters Redskin Spanish Peanuts (skins and all). Roll iced bars in peanuts.
