Rosemary Potatoes (Hyvee)

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Grand Selections olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee butter
  • 1 (1.5 lb) package ProHealth™ Baby Potatoes, quartered
  • 6 pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Uncover and stir in rosemary.
Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt just before serving.
