  • 1 Beef Roast
  • 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Warm Beer
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Pepper and Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven on 350 degrees
Brown roast on all sides in dutch oven
Sprinkle roast with pepper and garlic
Spread top of roast with onion soup mix
Add beer to cup of water and brown gravy mix. Stir well and add to dutch oven.
Cover and cook for 2-4 hours until tender.
