Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
- 2 cups niblet corn, frozen, fresh or 10 oz. canned cream corn
- 1 1/2 cups diced raw potatao
- 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put bacon and onion into large pot. Saute together until onion is clear and limp.
Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoe is cooked. Stir occasionally. Makes about 6 cups.
