  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (or serving size suggested on the container)
