Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • onion - diced
  • green pepper - diced
  • carrot - shredded
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • For 1/2 lb. macaroni:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/8 cup mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients together and bring to a boil.

Then wisk in mayo and mustard.

Add to cooked macaroni.

Add onion, peppers and carrot.

Cool for a few hours before serving.
