Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- onion - diced
- green pepper - diced
- carrot - shredded
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup mustard
- For 1/2 lb. macaroni:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/8 cup mustard
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients together and bring to a boil.
Then wisk in mayo and mustard.
Add to cooked macaroni.
Add onion, peppers and carrot.
Cool for a few hours before serving.
