Ingredients

  • 1-¼

    cup sugar

  • ¼

    cup flour

  • ¼

    cup vinegar

  • 1-½

    cup water

  • 1

    lb. elbow macaroni

  • onion - diced

  • green pepper - diced

  • carrot - shredded

  • Sauce:

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • ¼

    cup mustard

  • For ½ lb. macaroni:

  • ¾

    cup sugar

  • cup flour

  • ¼

    cup vinegar

  • ¾

    cup water

  • ½

    cup mayo

  • cup mustard

Directions

Add ingredients together and bring to a boil. Then wisk in mayo and mustard. Add to cooked macaroni. Add onion, peppers and carrot. Cool for a few hours before serving.
