Granola Crunchy Toasted with Fruit and Nuts

Ingredients
- 85 g honey
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 325 g rolled oats
- 25 g wheat flakes or additional rolled oats
- 100 g wheat germ
- 50 g flaked almonds
- 60 g dried apples
- 75 g raisins
- 75 g sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Oven 325 F
In a saucepan,combine the honey with the apple juice.Heat and allow to cool.
Mix together the oats,wheat flakes,wheat germ and almonds on a baking tray.Pour over the honey mixture and toss until the grain and nuts are all coated.Spread out in an even layer.Bake for 30 min.until toasted and golden brown.Combine the grain mixture with the chopped apples,raisins and sunflowers seeds.
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
