Ingredients
- Corn Beef
- dijon
- duck sauce
- coke or ginger ale
- brown sugar
- pineapple rings
Preparation
Step 1
In large pot with spices on corn beef, cover with water and cook 1-2 hours.
Take out and rinse with cold water.
Put in bakind dishe, spread with mustard, sprinkle brown sugar,
drain pineapple, place on top, pour 1" doke on sides, duck sauce in jar, pour over and basted for 2 hours.
