Apple Pecan Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Line muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease 121 muffin cups. In large bowl, combine bread mix, milk, pecans, oil and egg. Stir 50 to 75 strokes by hand just until dry particles are moistened. Divide batter evenly among paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 17 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Store in refrigerator.
