Quick Skillet Pork and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 lb boneless pork, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1 (16oz0 pkg Green Giant American Mixtures San Francisco Style Broccoli, Carrots, Water chestnuts and Red Peppers, thawed, drained
  • 1 98oz) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 2 Tbsp liquid
  • 1 (9oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
  • Hot cooked rice, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 5 - 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm. Add vegetables and 2 Tbsp reserved pineapple liquid; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Drain, if necessary. Add pork, pineapple and sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve with rice.
