Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 3/4 c. (7oz.) shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 (16oz.)pkg. cocktail rye bread, lightly toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 35o.
2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon. Combine bacon, cheese, and mayo in a large bowl.
3. Spread mixture on rye bread slices. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
