Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean beef boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 bag frozen stew vegetables, thawed (1 pound)
  • 1 can chunky tomato sauce with garlic and herbs (15 ounces)
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso® beef flavored broth (from 32-ounces carton)
  • 2 cans spicy eight-vegetable juice (5 1/2 ounces each)
