Class Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

• 1 cup crisco
• 1 teaspoon flavoring
• 7-8 teaspoons water
• 1 lb. powder sugar
• 1 tablespoon Wilton Meringue Powder
• Chocolate buttercream
• add 3/4 cup cocoa and 1-2 tablespoons additional water
