Ingredients
- STUFFING:
- Granny Smith Apple, 1/2" Top Sliced - Save for Cap, 1/4" Bottom Sliced for Stand-up, Peeled & Center Removed with Mellon Scoop.
- 1 T Oats
- 1 T Pecans Chop, Roasted
- 1 T Sausage Cooked
- 1 T Brown Sugar
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Nutmeg
- 1 T Syrup
- Butter, Apple Juice & Syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Oven Safe Skillet on Stove Top, Add 1 T Butter & Apple Upside Down, Sear Until Brown. Remove from Heat.
Small Bowl Mix Stuffing, Add as Needed to Fill Apple.
Flip Apple & Add Stuffing. Place Apple Top/ Cap on.
Pour Equal Apple Juice & Syrup for 1/4" Depth in Skillet.
Place in 375F Oven, Bake 30 Minutes Until Bubbly. Spoon Liquid over Apple. Discard Top/Cap.
Serve Hot. Ice Cream if used as Dessert.
