Ingredients
- 1 (3.9 oz) box Hy-Vee chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
- 8 Hy-Vee fudge sandwich crème cookies
- 1 c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 8 fresh raspberries, garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions.
Twist apart layers of each sandwich cookie and discard filling.
Place cookies in a bag or bowl and crush.
In each of 8 mini-glasses, layer pudding, crushed cookies, whipped topping, crushed cookies and pudding.
Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping.
Garnish each with a raspberry.
