Ingredients

  • 1 ( 8.8 oz) pouch of ready to serve Mexican Rice
  • 1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 2 T of cilantro
  • 4 oz of sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins

Step 1

Cook rice to package directions.

Combine with beans and tomatoes and cheese and microwave for 2 minutes.

Can be added into oven to heat as well at 350* for 5 minutes.
