Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp constarch
- 1 C whole milk
- 1 T Butter
- 1/4 C light cream
- 1/2 C Parmesean cheese grated
- Dash Nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
In large saute pan melt butter and then whisk in cornstarch over medium heat until lightly thickened.
Add pasta ato sauce and toss. Add light cream, parmesean cheese, s & p nutmeg to taste.
Toss while on heat and allow to thicken more.
