Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- pinch salt
- lemon rind
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Chill evaporated milk.
Mix jello, water, lemon juice, lemon rind and salt. Cool.
whip chilled evaporated milk. Fold in with jello. Stir gently with a spoon.
Mix together crust ingredients and spread into a 9x13 baking dish.
Save about 1/2 cup of the graham crackers to sprinkle on top.
