Kugel from Temple Beth El

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fine noodles
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 dozen extra large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • cinnamon to taste for top of kugel

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the sugar and eggs, then add sour cream and the ricotta and beat well,
then add the vanilla then mix with the noodles and sprinkle cinnamon on the
top and bake. 325°F for one hour.
