- 2 - 3 LB PORK LOIN
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP PEPPER
- 1 TSP PAPRIKA
- 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1 TSP ONION POWDER
- 1 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
- 1 MED ONION DICED
- 1 SMALL ONION DICED
- 10 3/4 OUNCE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 4 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 LB BAG FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES ( PEAS AND CARROTS )

Preparation
Step 1
CUT LOIN INTO CUBES, MIX TOGETHER SEASONINGS AND COAT MEAT,
PLACE INTO CROCK POT AND BROWN WITH ONION, COOK ON HIGH TILL MEAT IS BROWNED REMOVE LIQUID.
PLACE REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT STIR IN MIXING WELL COOK IN CROCK POT 4 TO 5 HOURS TILL MEAT IS TENDER.
SERVE OVER HOT COOKED NOODLES
