Bolognese Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 cips carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 cans, Asti or Pastane kitchen ready tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Cover pan with olive oil, a bit deep. Add salt and pepper some red pepper flakes. Saute onions until clear. Put in pork very broken up until brown. Add 2 cups finely chop carrots, then add tomatoes.
Put the tomatoes thru a mill but add the gush from the mill.
Simmer on low, 1 1/2 hour.
Can use veal as well.
