Crockpot Potato Soup

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • green onions, chopped
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • sour cream



Step 1

Combine hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken, onion and pepper in crock pot.

Cook on low for 5 hours.

Add in cream cheese. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Top with green onions, bacon and sour cream.
