Ingredients
- Boneless codfish (I used 1 pound)
- 6 potatoes (i use 4 large)
- 1 can chickpeas
- bunch of parsley, finely chopped ( I use Cilantro)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 large can black olives, drained and chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (i suggest 3 eggs)
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- I add paprika
- I add 2 tablespoons chopped garlic (from jar)
- I used freshly ground black ppper and ground salt
Preparation
Step 1
Soak boneless codfish for 1 to 2 days.
Drain and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain, cool, and shred.
Boil and chop the potatoes in cubes.
Add to mixture 1 can chick peas, parsley, onion, olives, eggs.
Generously pour olive oil and vinegar(to taste) over mixture.
Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
