Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese (can use 1/3 less fat but not fat free- it wont set)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple ( drained)
- 1 t chopped onion ( or more- to taste)
- 1 T chopped pepper ( or more - to taste)
- crushed walnuts ( optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingerdients together.
Form a ball
Roll in crushed walnuts.
Its better when it sits overnight in fridge & roll into a ball when its cold.
