Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
• 1 package lemon jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 cup confectionery sugar and juice of two lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs. Slowly add dissolved jello.

Pour mix into greased tube pan and bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 1 hour.

Mix confectionery sugar and lemon juice; pour immediately over hot cake while in pan. Remove from pan after cooling for 20 minutes.
