Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 T worcestershire
- 1/2 lbs spinach leaves
- Sauce
- 2 t sesame seeds toasted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 4 t soy sauce
- 2 t worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer breasts in next 3 ingredients until tender (15-20 minutes)
Cool and cut into 1 inch cubes
Set aside
Wash spinach and drain in colander
Pour 2-3 quarts bowling water over leaves
Drain and set aside to cool
Place a chicken cube at inside seam of leaf
Roll over once, fold leaf in on both sides an continue rolling
Secure end of leaf with toothpick
May be done several hours ahead and refrigerated
To serve, cover dish with lettuce leaves
Place sauce in center and surround with chicken
Mix sauce and chill 4 hours
