Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, saute onion until tender.

Slice potatoes; add to skillet. Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat to boiling. Pour into casserole dish and bake 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
