Appetizers: Ruth Alden's Barbecue Meat Snacks

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 1/4 lbs ground meat into burgers
  • 2 pieces soaked bread
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 2 T worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients together and make into burgers
Brown on both sides
Pour off fat
Make sauce and pour over burgers and simmer
