Appetizers: Nancy Overman's Cheese Pennies

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 lb grated cheese
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 package onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Let butter and cheer come to room temperature then mix
Add flour, salt, soup mix
Mix well
Divide into 4 pieces
Roll each one in foil and freeze
Slice thin and bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes
