SWEDISH MEATBALLS WITH CREAM SAUCE 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 jars beef gravy (12 oz) or 3 cups prepared brown gravy
  • 1 lb. mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, cut in chunks
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup sour sour cream
  • 2 lbs. frozen meatballs
  • Egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushroom in butter until tender.

Mix together gravy, onions, worchestershire, Allspice and pour in slow and mix cooked mushroom.

Spread frozen meatballs and stir altogether.

Cook in low for 6 to 7 hours.

Mix sour cream and cook for another 1/2 hour.

Note: you can add 1 can of beef broth with the gravy mixture for more gravy.

Cook egg noodles according to package.

Serve on top of egg noodles.
