Rosemary Cheddar Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 3 Tbsp mayo

Preparation

Step 1

in a large bowl, combie the floor, cheese and rosemary. In another bowl, combine milk and mayo. Stir wet ingredients into dry mixture just until moist.

Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.

bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Serve warm.
