Harissa Vinaigrette

Great on grilled chicken or fish

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sambal oelek or Sriracha, you can also use a dry harissa spice mix
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the olive oil, salt and pepper. Once mixed well, whisk in the extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
