Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix and pat into pan
- Filling
- 1 large can of pineapple
- 2 grated apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water.
- Topping
- 3 egg white
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix base and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Let cool before putting on filling.
Put filling ingredients in saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened. Spread on base.
Beat egg whites and rest of topping ingredients. Pour topping and bake for an additional 15 minutes till golden brown.
