(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
(8oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
c. pecans, chopped, divided
c. green pepper, finely chopped
TBSP onion, finely chopped
TBSP seasoned salt
Mix ingredients using ¾ cup pecans and chill for 1 – 2 hours. Form into two balls and roll in the remaining 1 ¼ c. pecans to coat. Serve with wheat crackers. You can make this into a cheese spread by just combining all ingredients. This can also be made ahead of time and frozen.
