Oatmeal Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 2 c Flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 8 oz margerine
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 C sugar
• 3/4 C brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 C oatmeal (not instant) (Raw)

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
Cream margerine. Add vanilla and both sugars. Beat well. Add the eggs on at a time and beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in oatmeal.

Sprinkle cookies with a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.

bak at 350 for 10-12 minutes
