Ingredients
- 4 cups chunked red potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion (about 1 medium onion)
- 2 Tbls. Northwoods Seasoning
- 2 Tbls. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Coarsely chop the onion and place in a large bowl. Leaving the skins on, cut potatoes into bite-size pieces and add to the onions. Toss the potatoes and onions with the Northwoods Seasoning until well coated, then toss with the olive oil. Pour the potatoes into a 9X13 baking dish and place in oven. Stir the potatoes every 10 mins for the first 30 mins, then bake uninterrupted for an additional 30-40 mins or until potatoes are nice and brown.
