Ingredients

  • 1 package sausage - 16 oz - Bob Evans
  • 2 medium onions - diced
  • 1 cup celery - diced
  • 1 can baked beans - 28 oz
  • 1 can cut green beans - 16 oz - drained
  • 1 can yellow wax beans - drained
  • 1 can hot chili beans - Brooks - 22 oz
  • 1 can lima beans - small - drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 can tomato paste - 6 oz

Preparation

Step 1

1) Fry sausage well in large skillet; drain off fat. Add onions and celery; saute a few minutes and set aside.

2) In crock pot, place baked beans, green beans, wax beans, chili beans and lima beans

3) In medium bowl combine tomato soup, brown sugar and mustard; pour into crock pot. Add sausage mixture to crock pot and stir well

4) Spoon tomato paste over top. Bake on high for 1-2 hours (you can turn to low and cook even longer). Stirring periodically
