Marinade - Jamaican Jerk for chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 4 tea. white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tea. fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 tea. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tea. ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Puree all in a good processor or blender. until smooth.

Marinate in a ziplock bag 2 hours or overnight.
