Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes
- 2-3 fine chopped shallots
- 1 lb gruyere
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- heavy cream 2 pts +

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice potatoes fairly thin. Butter glass pan, sides and bottom very well.
Make layers:
potatoes
sprinkle shallots
sliced cheese
salt and pepper
paprika
Repeat 3 times.
Ppir cream till it is almost covering top layer.
Bake 350 1 hour - 1hour and 15 min
