Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 t cornstarch
- 7 c sliced peaches (9 medium)
- 1 c raspberries (1/2 pint)
- Crumble Topping:
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 6 T butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Toss peaches in mixture until evenly coated. Gently stir in raspberries. Spoon into deep dish Pampered Chef baker.
2. Mix crumble topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over filling.
3. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
