Ingredients

  • 2 T flour
  • 3 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t white pepper
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 skim milk
  • 1 lb boneless turkey breast
  • Flour
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/2 C dry white wine
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour,cheese,salt,pepper,and nutmeg.Add egg and milk. Beat until blended. Dredge lightly in flour. Heat butter in skillet. Dip turkey in batter and cook until golden. Remove from pan ; keep warm.

Add wine to skillet. Cook over low heat 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, mix well. Pour sauce over turkey.
